The Shahada (also spelled “Shahadah”) is the Islamic Creed, one of the Five Pillars of Islam. The word “Shahada” comes from the verb shahida, meaning “he testifies” or “he bears witness.” In reciting the Shahada, a Muslim bears witness that Allah is the only true god, and that.
Voices Why are converts to Islam specifically vulnerable to becoming extremists? But extremist fringe groups are always looking for recruits Friday 24 March As more information is being released by the police and intelligence agencies, the attacker has now been identified as year-old Khalid Masood. Masood, who was born in Kent but later moved to the West Midlands, was a former English teacher, a husband, and a father of three.
Masood was also a convert to Islam; and yet another case that establishes the seemingly inexplicable allure of radical Islamist ideology to converts. Though it is vital to reiterate that for the vast majority of converts to Islam the motives are rarely political, converts have, time and time again, been found to go through a rapid process of radicalisation when it comes to committing violent terrorist attacks and tend to be the most vicious when doing so. I believe that there are three main reasons why converts are particularly vulnerable to radicalisation.
Firstly, because converts often know very little about Islam when they first decide to switch over, they are susceptible to brainwashing and propaganda, making them ideal targets for recruiters. Because the convert will often have no one else to consult and no independent guide to their new faith, recruiters may feed the individual whatever information they wish, and the indoctrination can easily go unchecked and unchallenged.
Individuals who are Muslim from birth retain the potential to be advised on their extremist views with more moderate interpretations by a family member or a Muslim friend. Westminster attack In pictures: This theological maze is immensely difficult to navigate for Muslims who come from Muslim families, let alone for converts. This leads us to the second major factor in the radicalisation of converts: Because converts find themselves trying to integrate with an entirely different subset of society, they are compelled to quickly forge new relationships in order to demonstrate their loyalty and faithfulness to the community, and to show that they belong.

They were made on http: I think if you read the various posts I have made on this subject on this Blog I would not have to repeat it all here. Also, keep in mind that Islam does play a role in end time prophecy. There will be a war against Islam in these end times but it is not because the Beast comes out of Islam. Attack the beliefs of Hindus or Buddhists and you might receive threats from them as well.
In any case, threats in itself prove nothing about where the Antichrist originates. First, let me say no one is saying that Islam is not antichrist and anti Israel. But so was Hitler and the Communists. All sinners who reject Christ are antichrist but that does not mean Islam is the Harlot of Revelation like some now claim. I write that all false religion since Babylon is the Harlot and after the Religious wars of the near future only a form of pluralistic Universal religion will be allowed to be practiced on the earth because any religious fundamentalism will be seen as a threat to world peace.
So the Harlot of Revelation is all antichrist religion and not just Islam. What we see in Revelation 17 is the culmination of the great Harlot since ancient Babylon. The make up of the end time Harlot will be all who join with the acceptable world pluralist religion and not just a more politically correct peaceful form of Islam.
The first challenge really is pretty week.
